Carpe Diem Extravaganza April 2 to Celebrate Diversity on Campus

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., March 21, 2011 – “Carpe Diem Extravaganza: Where the World Comes Together” is planned for April 2 at Southeast Missouri State University as the campus celebrates its diversity.

The free campus-wide event, presented by the Office of Residence Life, DICE, and the Office of the Dean of Students, is scheduled for 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. in the University Center Ballroom.

The evening’s events will include a flamenco dancer, performances by a live DJ and band, free Henna tattoos, and international cuisine and beverages. Participants will be entered for the chance to win an LCD television, digital camera or Mp3 player.
