CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Sept. 29, 2010 – The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum will host ‘Family Day: A Season for Mediums’ Saturday, Oct. 2 at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus.
Visitors are invited to drop by the Crisp Museum for hands-on art activities from 1 to 4 p.m.
‘A Season for Mediums’ offers families the opportunity to explore art by using a variety of supplies to make and create ornaments, decorations and gifts for the upcoming holiday season. Origami, printmaking, painting, weaving bracelets, sock monsters, dream catchers, mini gourds, and batik will be available.
Family Day is sponsored by the Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum.
