Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Changes to E4 Health

Effective Aug. 1, 2016, E4 Health became the new provider for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefit.  Now, any employees and dependents currently engaged in a series of counseling sessions under the former provider Personal Assistance Services (PAS) will be able to finish the remaining sessions covered by the plan at no extra charge.  As a reminder, the EAP is a University-paid benefit for benefit-eligible faculty, staff and dependents and offers up to six (6) confidential counseling sessions annually on a wide variety of issues including relationship difficulties, mental health concerns, life cycle events, grief and loss, addition, stress and family issues.  The EAP benefit also provides for lifestyle management services including legal and financial consultation, health and wellness resources, and family and caregiving referrals.  Employees and dependents may access the E4 Health website at http://www.helloe4.com for more information on lifestyle management services by typing “SEMO” for the username and “guest” for the password.  Employees and dependents may now contact E4 Health directly at 1-800-765-9124 to schedule a counseling appointment.  E4 Health will be on campus to present identical sessions for supervisors and employees interested in learning more about the EAP services provided.  Walk-ins are welcome, and the schedule of sessions is listed below.

 

Supervisor Sessions Available:

Aug. 4, 2-3 p.m., University Center Program Lounge

Aug. 5, 9-10 a.m., University Center Program Lounge

 

Employee Sessions Available:

Aug. 4, 3-4 p.m., University Center Program Lounge

Aug. 5, 10-11 a.m., University Center Program Lounge
