CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Nov. 3, 2014 — Nov. 15 is Paper Sculpture Day at the Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Museum on Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus.
The public is invited to create fun, three-dimensional paper forms with flair. Participants may choose colors, add designs, make shapes and create forms that have flair with layering, twists, textures, movement and more. Hands-on activities will include paper sculpture, origami and paper quilling. Attendance is free.
Financial assistance for this project has been provided by the Missouri Arts Council, a state agency.
The Crisp Museum is located in the Cultural Arts Center at Southeast Missouri State University’s River Campus, located at 518 S. Fountain St. in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
