GetEducated.com has ranked Southeast Missouri State University’s online Master of Business Administration (MBA) the #5 “Best Buy” among AACSB-accredited online MBA programs.
The affordability ranking is based on a comprehensive review of 185 MBA programs from 111 AACSB-accredited online schools by GetEducated.com’s national online degree review team. Fewer than 10 percent of all online MBA programs in the United States are AACSB-accredited.
“We’re pleased to see Southeast’s Online MBA again ranked highly by GetEducated.com,” said Dr. Allen Gathman, dean of Online Learning, interim dean of Graduate Studies and director of the Center for Scholarship in Teaching and Learning. “Southeast consistently offers a top-quality accredited MBA at a highly competitive price. Starting with the spring 2017 semester, all the online courses at Southeast will meet the rigorous Quality Matters rubric for online instructional design, an achievement that few other institutions can claim.”
The Best Buy ranking award indicates Southeast’s online degree program has been independently reviewed and falls below the national average cost of similar programs. According to GedEducated’s survey, the average cost of a regionally-accredited online MBA is $37,022.07. GetEducated.com lists Southeast’s online MBA cost at $11,368.50. GetEducated.com lists the most expensive AACSB-accredited online MBA as the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s at $104,658.84.
