Help Desk Announces Labor Day Holiday Operating Schedule

Help DeskDuring the Labor Day holiday, the Information Technology Help Desk will operate on a modified schedule. Changes to the regular schedules are as follows:

Memorial Hall 107:

  • Sept. 1: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Sept. 2-4: Closed

Limited Support (phone, email and chat)

 

  • Sept. 2: 1-6 p.m.
  • Sept. 3: 3-6 p.m.

Towers Complex 108:

  • Sept.1-3: Closed
  • Sept. 4: Opens at 5 p.m., resumes normal hours of operation

Support availability will be affected if the Sept. 3 scheduled power outage extends past the planned timeframe.
