KRCU will host its annual Valentine’s Party at Isle Casino Cape Girardeau on Friday, Feb. 9, with the theme, “Love is a Work of Heart,” reflecting both Valentine’s Day and the art of love.
The event is sponsored by SoutheastHEALTH, Brown Shoe Fit Co. and Isle Casino Cape Girardeau. Proceeds from the event benefit KRCU.
The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails followed by a gourmet buffet dinner at 7 p.m. Dancing begins at 8 p.m. to the music of Diamond Sound. There will also be an open bar until 10 p.m. along with a complimentary photo booth. The dress is business attire.
KRCU has hosted a Valentine’s Party for the past three years.
“We make every effort to see that this special evening is an enjoyable one,” said KRCU General Manager Dan Woods. “We set the table, provide the music and even clean up afterward. All that’s required of our guests is that they bring their dancing shoes and have a good time with their friends. If guests prefer to just sit back and listen to the music, that’s fine too!”
Tickets may be purchased online at KRCU.org/valentine. Early Bird Tickets are available until Jan. 12. Attendees are encouraged to place song requests when they register. For more information, call KRCU at (573) 651-5070 or toll-free (888) 651-5070.
