National Pan-Hellenic Council Hosting Three Nights of Homecoming Festivities

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo.,

Sept. 26, 2003 – The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) will host three nights of Homecoming festivities Oct. 2-4.

The NPHC Variety Show is planned for 7 p.m. Oct. 2 in Academic Auditorium. Admission is $5.

A Homecoming Comedy Show is planned for 7 p.m. Oct. 3 in Academic Auditorium. The show will feature comedians Tommy Too Smoove, Maija DiGiorgio and TuRae Gordon. The show is sponsored in conjunction with Student Government. Admission is free to Southeast students with an ID and $5 for others.

An NPHC party is planned for 10:30 p.m. Oct. 3 in the University Center Ballroom. Admission is $5. All guests must present an ID for entrance. Entrance will not be permitted after midnight, and there will be no reentrance. This event is sponsored by D.I.C.E. and will feature DJ Shock.

A Greek Step Show is planned for 7 p.m. Oct. 4 in Academic Auditorium. Admission is $5.

A Step Show After Party is planned for 10:30 p.m. Oct. 4 in the University Center Ballroom. Admission is $5. Again, all guests must present an ID for entrance. Entrance will not be permitted after midnight, and there will be no reentrance. Cake and punch will be provided. This event also is funded by D.I.C.E. and will feature DJ Shock.

Advance tickets, for entrance into all events, are available in the University Center lobby from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. through Oct. 2 or from any NPHC member. Advance tickets for Southeast students are $10 and for non-Southeast students are $15. Otherwise, students may pay for each event at the door.
