LaFerla Don at Regs mtgCAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Dec. 14, 2015 – The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents will consider new tuition rates for students enrolled in online only degree programs to take effect in fall 2016 when it meets at 1 p.m. Dec. 15 in the Board of Regents Room in Academic Hall.

The Regents also will consider accepting the annual audits from Rubin Brown for the year ending June 30; approving bond resolutions; and conferring degrees for fall 2015.

In addition, the Regents will consider approving several academic program changes and resolutions of honor for former President Kenneth W. Dobbins and former Regents Doyle Privett and Daren Todd, both of Kennett, Missouri. The Board also will hear several reports.

The Regents will consider a motion to go into a closed session for appropriate considerations related to litigation; the lease, purchase or sale of real estate; hiring, firing, disciplining or promotion of employees; personnel records and performance ratings; and records protected from disclosure by law. When the open session reconvenes, the Regents will announce actions taken in the closed session before considering a motion to adjourn.
