The deadline is nearing for students applying for merit, student involvement and endowed and sponsored scholarships at Southeast Missouri State University for the 2004-2005 academic year.
The deadline is March 1.
Merit scholarships are awarded to incoming freshmen who have been accepted to Southeast and meet specific academic criteria. Dec. 15 was the final deadline for the Regent’s and Governor’s Scholarship. Other merit awards, including the President’s, President’s Plus and the University Scholarship will continue to be awarded until March 1.
Student involvement scholarships are awarded to incoming freshmen who have been involved in high school, attended a Renaissance high school or attended Boys’ or Girls’ State.
Endowed and sponsored scholarships are awarded to accepted Southeast students. These scholarships have been established by alumni, friends of the University, campus clubs, organizations and departments.
