‘Shady Grove,’ ‘And God Answered’ Topics on Sunday’s ‘Going Public’

May 24, 2007 – Dr. George Suggs and Viney Mosley will be guests at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 27, on Southeast Public Radio’s Going Public program.

Suggs is professor emeritus of history at Southeast Missouri State University. He has written six books on history and has recently penned his first fictional work, Shady Grove.

Jean Bell Mosley wrote a weekly column for the Southeast Missourian for 51 years and authored several books. Her daughter-in-law, Viney Mosley, discusses her life and her forthcoming posthumous autobiography, And God Answered.

This week’s “Going Public” is hosted by Tom Harte, Chris Schnell and Jacob McCleland. The program airs every Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. on 90.9 FM, KRCU and 88.9 FM, KSEF.
