Southeast Ag Students Host GIS Day Events Nov. 16

LOC-CapeIn celebration of National Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Day, Dr. Indi Braden and Southeast students in AG440 Precision Agriculture will be hosting GIS Day at Southeast tomorrow, Nov. 16. Events will include presentations on the potential of GIS application from 11 a.m.-noon in the Otto and Della Seabaugh Polytechnic Building Room 202; a geocache Global Positioning System (GPS) treasure hunt from noon-1 p.m starting in the Polytechnic Building Room 202; and a discussion forum for those with interest in GIS from 1-3 p.m. in Magill Hall Room 111.
