CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, Feb. 16, 2015 — Due to a winter storm in the area, Southeast Missouri State University is closed and classes are canceled today, Monday, Feb. 16.
Southeast’s regional campuses in Sikeston, Malden and Kennett, Missouri, are closed Monday as well.
Kent Library on the main campus will be open from 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Show Me Day
Show Me Day, an event for prospective students on the main campus, is canceled today.
The University Center grill will open at 7:30 a.m. today. The Redhawk Market will then be open for regular hours for the rest of the day, closing after dinner at 7 p.m. Menus or select venues may be limited.
Starbucks will open late this morning.
Subway will be open on campus today from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Towers will be open for brunch at 10 a.m. and will remain open with regular hours, closing at 7 p.m.
St. Vincent’s Commons at the River Campus will open for brunch at 11 a.m. and remain on regular hours, closing at 6:30 p.m.
Due to poor road conditions, shuttles are not operating today.
The Student Recreation Center-North will operate on normal hours today from 5:30 a.m.-midnight.
The Student Recreation Center-South will close at 10 a.m. today and will only be open for morning operations.
The Residence Hall Customer Service Desks will operate with normal hours. Mail and package service is operating, but expect delays on package and mail arrival for today.
The University Center is open from 7:30 a.m.-8 p.m. today, but offices and meetings scheduled for today are closed.
The Southeast Bookstore and US Bank at the Bookstore are closed all day.
Textbook Rental is closed all day.
Campus Health Clinic
The Campus Health Clinic is closed all day.
The MAPP2 test slated for today will be rescheduled. Testing Services will email students with an updated test date.
