Southeast Student, Professor Awarded Grant Through 2017 Middle Eastern Studies Undergraduate Research Competition

Michaela Kathryn Dennis, a junior international business major, has been awarded a grant through the 2017 Middle Eastern Studies Undergraduate Research Competition. The award is in recognition of a joint research paper she completed with Dr. Gangaraju Vanteddu, associate professor of accounting, entitled “Influence of the Political and Civil Rights on the Quality of Business Environment in the Middle East.”

This competition is part of the Mideast Meets Midwest project, a joint venture between Southeast, Missouri State University and the University of Central Missouri to enhance Middle Eastern Studies.
