St. Louis Dairy Council Nutritionist, Faculty Author to be Guests on ‘Going Public’

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Nov. 22, 2006 — Jean Brady, nutrition educator with the St. Louis Dairy Council, and Dr. Debra Raschke, professor of English at Southeast Missouri State University and author of a new book, will be the guests this weekend on Southeast Public Radio’s “Going Public” program.

Brady will discuss the importance of dairy products in a balanced diet and how to use them in moderation.

Raschke is the author of the new book, Modernism, Metaphysics, and Sexuality. She will talk about her book and how British modernist literature reflects the society from which it came.

This week’s “Going Public” is hosted by Tom Harte and Jacob McCleland. The program airs every Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. on 90.9 FM, KRCU and 88.9 FM, KSEF.
