U.S. Foreign Policy in Latin America, Plaza Tire Capahas Topics of This Week’s ‘Going Public’

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., March 30, 2007 — Southeast Missouri State University’s Latin America scholar Joseph Werne will discuss U.S. foreign policy in that region of the world at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 1, on Southeast Public Radio’s “Going Public” program.

Also on the program, Dale Haskell will recount his experience of moving to Cape Girardeau as a teenager.

Jess Bolen, manager of the semi-professional baseball team, the Plaza Tire Capahas, will recall some of the best players he has worked with over the 40 years he has coached the club.
