Faculty, Staff Invited to Share Stories, Photos of Spring 2020 Graduating Class

Southeast has announced it is postponing its spring 2020 commencement ceremonies until a later time due to COVID-19 concerns. The University will host the ceremonies at a later time when it is safe to do so, and that information will be communicated. Faculty and staff are invited to share stories and photos of their memories of students in Southeast's spring 2020 graduating class. A submission form is available at Members of the spring 2020 graduating class also have been asked to submit their stories, photos and videos of their favorite Southeast moments. Please encourage your students to participate.


Charter Offering Free Internet Services for 60 Days to College Students, Faculty, Staff

Charter Communications is offering their 100 Mbps internet service free for 60 days to new subscriber households with K-12 and college students as well as faculty and staff. While Southeast does not endorse any particular service provider, all Southeast students and employees are eligible for this offer. When calling about this promotion, you may have to email a copy of the promotion to the customer service representative with whom you speak. 'Ask IT' Zoom Meetings Scheduled

Information Technology (IT) has scheduled semi-weekly Zoom sessions to allow faculty and staff to ask questions related to teleworking, Microsoft Office applications, and Zoom in a one-on-one format online. The meetings are scheduled for Tuesdays at 2 p.m. and Thursdays at 10 a.m. To join, visit and click "Join a meeting" and enter the meeting ID # 5736514357. Or join using the Zoom meeting client. Update to OVC Athletics Activities Policies

Due to the ongoing developments related to COVID-19, the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) previously announced that all team practices were suspended until April 3, 2020 and would be re-evaluated at that time. After re-evaluation by the OVC Board of Presidents, the following policies become effective after April 3:
