Mobile Redhawk Food Pantry Available Saturday, April 18, for Students, Faculty, Staff

The Redhawk Food Pantry will be making 100 boxes of non-perishable food items available for Southeast students, faculty, staff and Chartwells employees to pick up from 10 a.m.-noon on Saturday, April 18, outside of the Student Recreation Center (west entrance outside Student Aquatic Center). Charles Hutson Horticulture Greenhouse Reopening April 20

The Charles Hutson Horticulture Greenhouse will be open for spring sales beginning April 20. Items for sale include perennials, annuals, herbs, vegetables, tropicals, and shrubs. The Greenhouse is located at 1039 Bertling Street. Hours are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. to noon. Curbside service will be available. 28th Annual Student Research Conference Canceled

The 28th Annual Student Research Conference (SRC) scheduled for April 22-23 at Southeast has been canceled. However, faculty are asked to encourage their students to submit their abstracts at semo.edu/src by May 1 so their accomplishments can be acknowledged on the SRC website. The goals of the SRC are to support and recognize research performed by both undergraduate and graduate students across all disciplines and to promote a culture that values research, scholarly, and creative activity at Southeast. The University would like to continue to acknowledge their accomplishments to the degree possible this semester.

Parry Awarded AEJMC’s 2020 Best Podcast Guest from ‘Journalism History’
