CTL hosting Canvas Trainings Oct. 19, 21

The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) presents “Design & Content in Canvas” at 3 p.m. Oct. 19 and “Activities & Gradebook in Canvas” at 3 p.m. Oct. 21. These sessions will cover the architecture of Canvas, some general design recommendations for the system, ways to deliver content and some of the major assessments and activities in Canvas, and how the gradebook works. Athletics Alumni Spotlight: Starlyn Schwartz

Former gymnast Starlyn Schwartz is in this week's Southeast Missouri Alumni Spotlight presented by SoutheastHEALTH. A native of Pensacola, Florida, Schwartz was a member of SEMO's gymnastics team from 2006-2009, appearing in two NCAA Regionals with the Redhawks. She was also an Academic All-American as part of SEMO's 2009 National Academic Champion team.
