Call for Story Tips on Fall 2020 Graduates

University Communications is seeking tips about Fall 2020 graduating students with interesting stories to share on outstanding academic achievements, post-graduation jobs or continuing education plans, family members who may be graduating along with them or non-traditional graduates who have excelled. Spring 2021 Soccer Schedule Announced

The Ohio Valley Conference announced its 2021 spring soccer schedule after the season was postponed due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. SEMO's spring schedule will feature 10 conference games that will be contested over a six-week period. Games will be played on Tuesdays and Fridays with the first matchup scheduled to take place on March 5.

Redhawks Announce 2020-2021 Volleyball Schedule

Southeast Missouri women's volleyball announced its schedule for the 2020-21 season, which was postponed from the fall to the spring due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. The Redhawks will play 16 Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) only matches over an eight-week period in 2021. Games will be contested on Sundays and Mondays with each OVC school playing its travel partner twice (SEMO's travel partner is UT Martin) on a weekday.

Athletics Alumni Spotlight: Johnny Shelton

Former Southeast Missouri football and track and field student-athlete Johnny Shelton is in this week's Alumni Spotlight brought to you by SoutheastHEALTH. Shelton, who hails from Poplar Bluff, was awarded a scholarship to play football and run track at SEMO. After college, Shelton signed professional contracts as a defensive back with the Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and then-Los Angeles Raiders.
