Southeast Missouri State University offices will be closed from noon Nov. 27 through Nov. 29 and classes will not be in session Nov. 25-29 as the University observes fall break and the Thanksgiving holiday. Poinsettias, Holiday Cacti, Norfolk Island Pine Available at Hutson Greenhouse

Celebrate the holiday season with the gift of plants from the Charles Hutson Horticulture Greenhouse, located at 1039 Bertling Street. Poinsettias, holiday cacti and Norfolk Island pine are now available. Hours of operation are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday- Friday. During Fall break and the Thanksgiving holiday, the greenhouse will be open Monday, Nov. 25 and Tuesday, Nov. 26 and closed Nov. 27-Dec. 1. The greenhouse will reopen on Monday, Dec. 2. Ag Students Celebrate National GIS Day

In recognition of National GIS Day earlier this month, Southeast students in AG440 Precision Agriculture celebrated with presentations Nov. 21 describing various Geographic Information Systems (GIS) opportunities, research and applications. Students discussed using GIS in archeology, unmanned aircraft systems or drones, emergency management, marketing and business analysis, military and defense, technology in farm tractors, transportation, and water quality and treatment. The students also answered questions and demonstrated their skills with various software. The event was held in the Otto and Della Seabaugh Polytechnic Building.

Tickets are now available for PAW Patrol Live! "The Great Pirate Adventure," coming to the Show Me Center at 6 p.m. March 24 and 25. #13 Southeast Missouri will face rival Murray State University for the 2019 Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) title on Saturday, Nov. 23. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Houck Field.
