'Youth Mental Health First Aid' Workshop Being Offered on Campus

A free workshop titled “Youth Mental Health First Aid” is being offered by the Southeast Regional Support Center Oct. 26 on campus. This workshop teaches a five-step action plan to offer initial help to young people showing signs of a mental illness or in a crisis, and connect them with the appropriate professional, peer, social or self help care.
