'Fabulous February Foliage Sale' Available at Hutson Greenhouse

The "Fabulous Foliage Sale" takes place the whole month of February at the Charles Huston Horticulture Greenhouse. The sale includes up to 75 percent off of indoor foliage plants of various types and sizes (excludes Southeast faculty, staff and student discount). Indoor plants provide an economical way to promote better air quality while upscaling an office, home or residence hall room. Hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Fisher Joins Missouri Commissioner of Education Advisory Council

Dr. Rita Fisher, director of the Southeast Regional Professional Development Center, recently joined the Advisory Council for Dr. Marjorie Vandeven, the Missouri Commissioner of Education. Fisher joins superintendents, regional service providers, and others who meet monthly to collaborate with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to discuss topics affecting public education.

Football Signing Day Tomorrow

Southeast Missouri will host its football signing day party beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Wings Etc. in Cape Girardeau. Head coach Tom Matukewicz will introduce this year’s signing class during a special program. Complimentary appetizers and soft drinks will be provided.
