2017 HERI Faculty Survey Results Available

The Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) administers a faculty survey every three years, and Southeast has participated since 1992. The survey is designed to provide insight toward faculty engagement in teaching, research, and service activities, institutional satisfaction, and perspectives on campus climate.  Results from the 2017 survey can be downloaded from the President’s website (http://www.semo.edu/pdf/President-HERI2017Results.pdf).

Terry Named OVC Co-Newcomer of the Week

Southeast Missouri running back Marquis Terry was named adidas® Ohio Valley Conference Co-Newcomer of the Week Sunday. Terry, a transfer from Highland Community College, carried the ball 31 times for 184 yards (5.9 ypc) and two touchdowns as Southeast ended a seven-game losing streak dating back to last season with a 29-10 victory over Eastern Kentucky. It marked the Redhawks first win over the Colonels since 2010 and was only the team's fourth all-time win in 28 contests against EKU.
