Southeast to Celebrate TAG Day on Homecoming Weekend

On Homecoming weekend, the Southeast Missouri University Foundation will ask campus to celebrate TAG Day (Thank a Giver). Buildings, rooms and equipment made possible by donors will display a red tag to showcase the magnitude of the impact giving has on Southeast and its students. Scholarship recipients will also wear buttons to show gratitude for the gifts that help fund their education. The program is a way to create awareness of how much Southeast relies on gifts from alumni, faculty, staff and friends and to thank all those who so generously support Southeast students.


Human Resources Announces Employee Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Meetings

2018 Annual Benefits Open Enrollment will begin on Monday, Oct. 23, and end on Friday, Nov. 3. Informational meetings will begin on Oct. 9, and end Oct. 18. Employees must register to attend a meeting through Training & Development’s Skillport 


MOSERS Retirement Seminars Planned Oct. 25-26

MOSERS Retirement Seminars will be held from 1-3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 25, and from 8:30-11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26, in the University Center Heritage Room. Both sessions are identical, and the seminar is for all employees who are considering retirement in the near future. Spouses are welcome and encouraged to attend. BOGO Faculty/Staff Tickets Available for 'Gala Season Opener'

Buy one get one free tickets are available for Southeast Missouri Symphony's "Gala Season Opener" at the River Campus at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 10. A maximum of two tickets may be purchased with two free tickets received. Volleyball Plays Two Road Matches This Week

The Redhawk volleyball team hits the road for two matches this week. Southeast travels to Eastern Illinois today, Oct.6 and SIU Edwardsville on Saturday, Oct.7.


Soccer Returns to Action

Southeast’s women’s soccer team heads to Austin Peay today, Oct.6. The Redhawks then return home to host Belmont on Sunday, Oct. 8. Start time is 2 p.m. at Houck Field. Video can be accessed live online at the OVC Digital Network. Live stats are available at GoSoutheast.com.
