Mangels, Patterson Among 2017 Zonta Women of Achievement Nominees
Two Southeast women were among seven 2017 Zonta Women of Achievement nominees at a luncheon today at Ray's Plaza Conference Center in Cape Girardeau. Kathy Mangels, vice president for finance and administration, and Rekha Patterson, head coach of the Southeast women's basketball team, were recognized at the event. Jessica Hill, executive director of the Safe House for Women, was presented with this year's Woman of Achievement Award. Also honored today were the Honorable Mary Russell with a Celebration Award and Wendy Kurka Rust with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
