Take Part in Creating Peace Poles Dec. 4

All are invited to join in the creation of Peace Poles Dec. 4 at 5:30 p.m. in Dempster Hall Room 127 as part of 16 Days of Activism, a global campaign to end gender-based violence. This activity is a collaboration of the Campus Violence Prevention Program, the Golden Z Club, Redhawks Rising and the Zonta Club of Cape Girardeau.

Campus Network Temporarily Unavailable Dec. 3

The campus network will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday, Dec. 3. An outage is planned for 5-9 a.m. while Information Technology installs the new campus core switches as part of the Campus Network Upgrade project.

Poinsettias, Holiday Cacti and More on Sale Now at Hutson Greenhouse

Celebrate the holiday season with the gift of plants from the Charles Hutson Horticulture Greenhouse, located at 1039 Bertling Street. Poinsettias, holiday cacti, bonsai trees, dish gardens, decorated Norfolk Island pine, and lavender and rosemary cones are now available. Change in US Bank Campus Branch Hours

Effective Jan. 2, 2018, the operating hours for the US Bank campus branch will be 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The campus branch is located at the University Center inside Southeast Bookstore.

Kent Library Now Using Email Receipts

Kent Library is getting greener by discontinuing the use of printed checkout receipts. When items are checked out or renewed at the Circulation or Periodicals Desk, an email receipt will automatically be sent to the borrower's University email account. Borrowers will continue to receive courtesy notices via email three days before an item is due. Email receipts reduce paper waste and save time during checkout. If a printed receipt is required, please ask the library staff during checkout.

Discount Faculty/Staff Tickets Available for 'The Nutcracker'
