Dr. Chris McGowan, dean of the College of Science, Technology and Agriculture, is retiring after more than 20 years with Southeast. A retirement reception will be held from 3-5 p.m. Dec. 14 in the Academic Hall Dome Room.  The campus community is invited to attend.

Men’s Basketball Hosts UMKC on Star Wars Night Wednesday

The Redhawk men’s basketball team hosts UMKC on Star Wars night Wednesday, Dec. 6. Tip-off is set for 6:30 p.m. at the Show Me Center. "Rowdy-Wan Kenobi" bobbleheads will be given to 1,500 fans. There will also be special appearances by your favorite Star Wars characters and a Star Wars themed halftime performance by On Cue Performing Arts Studio. All games are broadcast live on the radio at ESPN 92.9 FM and Real Rock 99.3 FM. Video of Wednesday's game can be accessed online at the OVC Digital Network.

Track & Field Hosts SIUE 

Southeast Missouri’s track & field teams host SIUE in a dual meet on Friday, Dec. 8. Start time is 3 p.m. at the Student Recreation Center.
