Retirement Reception Dec. 14 for Dr. Chris McGowan

Dr. Chris McGowan, dean of the College of Science, Technology and Agriculture, is retiring after more than 20 years with Southeast. A retirement reception will be held from 3-5 p.m. Dec. 14 in the Academic Hall Dome Room.  The campus community is invited to attend.

Retirement Reception Dec. 18 for Wallace, McBride

A retirement reception is planned for Dec. 18 for Kenny Wallace and Marvin McBride, both members of the Facilities Management Support Services moving crew. McBride has been employed at Southeast for 26 years. Wallace has been employed at the University since 2004. The reception is scheduled for 2-4 p.m. in Kem Hall in the Aleen Vogel Wehking Alumni Center. The campus community is invited to wish them well.

Men’s Basketball Travels to Kansas Stat

Southeast Missouri’s men’s basketball team, which is currently on a four-game winning streak, travels to Big 12 Conference member Kansas State on Saturday, Dec. 16. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m., CT, at Bramlage Coliseum. All games are broadcast live on the radio at ESPN 92.9 FM and Real Rock 99.3 FM. Video can be accessed online at ESPN3/WatchESPN.
