A number of offices at Southeast have recently received phone calls from a company claiming to be “Central Shipping” with an offer to purchase toner for office printers. The caller asks for your printer model number. Please know this is a scam and that Central Receiving at Southeast Missouri State University is not associated with this so-called company. Offices are urged not to give out printer information in response to these calls.

Thompson Named OVC Freshman of the Week

Southeast Missouri guard Tesia Thompson was named the adidas® Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the Week on Tuesday, Jan. 2. Thompson averaged 16.5 points and six rebounds per game in two contests. She poured in 10 points and three rebounds in 17 minutes off the bench against Belmont (Dec. 28). Two days later, Thompson scored a career-high 23 points and grabbed nine rebounds against Tennessee State (Dec. 30).
