Residence Life Now Accepting Move-In Day Volunteers

The Office of Residence Life is accepting volunteers to assist on Move-In Day, Aug. 16. The success of Move-In Day is made possible with the help and support of students, faculty and staff volunteers. To register, click here. Members of a University department or student organization can volunteer together by submitting a document with each person's name, Redhawks ID number, T-shirt size and email. Engelking, Vinson Advance to NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships

 Southeast Missouri’s Jonno Engelking and Richard Vinson advanced to the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the javelin. Engelking and Vinson each finished in the top 12 at the NCAA West Prelims in Sacramento, California, on May 26. This year’s NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships is scheduled for June 6-9 in Eugene, Oregon. Engelking and Vinson will compete at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6.

Keith Pickens Hired as Assistant Men's Basketball Coach

Keith Pickens joined the Southeast men’s basketball program as an assistant coach on Tuesday, May 29. Pickens spent the last two years in the same capacity at Missouri State University (MSU). A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Pickens began his coaching career as a full-time assistant with the Bears in June 2016. Prior to that, he was an on-court standout at MSU from 2009-2014 and then served as the team’s graduate manager for the 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 seasons.
