CVPP Hosting 'Team UP! Against DV' Challenge

October is Domestic Violence (DV) Awareness Month, and the Campus Violence Prevention Program (CVPP) challenges the University community to team up to raise awareness about dating and domestic violence prevention. Take a group photo and upload it to the Living at Southeast Facebook page with the hashtag #TeamUpAgaistDV. Visit the CVPP tailgate at Homecoming before the football game Oct. 13 to receive a Team UP! T-shirt and join the movement to end DV. Learn about healthy relationships and connect with prevention and awareness events throughout the semester. Special guests from the Safe House for Women will attend the game and tailgate celebration.

Registration Ends Today for Annual Wellness Screening and Fair

Southeast's Recreation Services and Human Resources encourage faculty and staff to register for the annual wellness screening and flu shots by the end of the day today, Oct. 5. The Wellness Screening and Fair will be held from 6-11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, and Wednesday, Oct. 10, in the Student Recreation Center East Gym. To register, visit www.semo.edu/scheduler. Walk-ins will be welcomed, but pre-registration is highly recommended. Refreshments this year include a coffee and juice bar. Football Heads to Tennessee Tech

The Redhawks football team is back in action this weekend when it heads to Tennessee Tech on Saturday, Oct. 6. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. at Tucker Stadium.
