Rec Services Offering Wellness Warrior Incentive Program

Recreation Services is offering a Wellness Warrior Incentive Program. This wellness incentive is designed to motivate the Southeast community to be more active and live a healthier lifestyle. Participants can go online and check off their points every week for the fitness and wellness activities they've completed. Each week will also include a bonus challenge. Recreation Services is using the honor system and asks participants to be truthful when answering the online questions. Weekly winners will receive free Sweaty Equity points or other discounts on Student Recreation Center items, such as group fitness passes and personal training sessions. 2018 Hall of Fame Class to be Inducted Friday

Six individuals will be inducted into the Southeast Missouri Athletics Hall of Fame on Friday, Jan. 25, at the Show Me Center. Angie Aschoff (Volleyball, 1996-1999), Tom Brennecke (Football/Track and Field, 1954-1957), Todd Pennington (Baseball, 1999-2001), Lutricia Purham (Track and Field, 1997-2000), Dr. Tim Rademaker (Assistant Track and Field Coach) and David Simonhoff (Football, 2004-2006) form this year's class.

Track and Field Heads to Indiana Relays
