Demonstration Tent at Cape Riverfront Market Available to University Departments

A demonstration tent is available for use by University departments at the Cape Riverfront Market on select Saturday mornings from 8 a.m.-noon through mid-October. Blomquist, Zagurski Head to NCAA West Preliminary This Week

Logan Blomquist and Stephen Zagurski will represent Southeast Missouri at the 2019 NCAA Division I Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Championships West Preliminary in Sacramento, California this week. Both Blomquist and Zagurski are scheduled to compete in the hammer throw on Thursday, May 23 at 2 p.m., CT.

Niznik and Wilber Earn All-OVC Honors

Southeast Missouri shortstop Tyler Wilber and left-handed pitcher Noah Niznik were named to the 2019 All-Ohio Valley Conference Baseball Team on Tuesday, May 21. Wilber earned first-team honors and Niznik garnered all-newcomer accolades.

 

Redhawks Magical Season Ends at NCAA Oxford Regional

Southeast Missouri picked up its second NCAA Regional win in program history when it eliminated Chattanooga with a 2-1 victory at the NCAA Oxford Regional on Saturday, May 18. The Redhawks later fell to regional host Ole Miss, ending their historic season with a 46-18 overall record. SEMO finished with a program record in wins, an Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) regular-season title, OVC Tournament crown and the school’s first NCAA Tournament appearance in 20 years.
