Constituent Relations Management Software Vendors Presenting on Campus Next Week
Six vendors will be making campus presentations next week to discuss Constituent Relations Management (CRM) Software solutions to support new student recruitment and University Advancement efforts. An RFP was issued in April, and 17 proposals were received; eight for the University CRM and nine for the Advancement CRM. Those proposals were narrowed to six vendors invited for campus presentations by a task force comprised of faculty and staff.
The Office of Admissions currently uses the Ellucian Recruit and CRM Salesforce Email Marketing Cloud systems to facilitate new student recruitment. University Advancement uses a legacy system, Banner Advancement, to manage constituent relationships.
The University is seeking solutions to create highly personalized relationships with prospective students, parents and other key stakeholders in the college selection process as well as with prospective and current donors, community members and other friends of the University who engage with University Advancement.
