Cheney Drive Closed June 12-13

As part of the Rosemary Berkel Crisp Hall of Nursing renovation project, today, June 12, and Thursday, June 13, the contractor will be completing water main connections that will require the closing of Cheney Drive between Brandt Hall and Pacific Street to accommodate the equipment necessary to complete this work. Cheney Drive will reopen Thursday afternoon. For a map of this street closure, click here. The Southeast community is invited to "Culture and Coffee," a presentation and social gathering hosted by International Services and Education Friday, June 14. Four students from Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University currently visiting Southeast will give a presentation about their home country of Ukraine at 2 p.m. at the International Village. Tarrance Crump Hired as Assistant Men's Basketball Coach

Tarrance Crump, formerly an assistant coach at fellow Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) member Southern Illinois University (SIU)-Edwardsville, was hired as an assistant with the Southeast Missouri men's basketball program on Monday, June 10. Crump spent three years as an assistant coach with the Cougars from 2015-2018. SEMO head coach Rick Ray coached Crump when he was a student-athlete at Purdue University.
