SE Alerts Tornado Warning Sirens Being Tested Today

Southeast will test its tornado warning siren system at noon today, July 3. This system is tested regularly at noon on the first Wednesday of each month. Kent Library Front Entryway Closed July 9-11

The exterior front wall of Kent Library, located along the building's north side, is scheduled to be cleaned and the front approach to Kent Library and front doors will be closed July 9-11. Barricades and detour signage will be set in place. Kent Library will retain normal hours and can be accessed from the rear of the building. Q&A Sessions on Self-Insurance Continue July 9

Faculty and staff are reminded of the Q&A sessions related to self-insurance that continue this month July 9 and 15. These sessions are facilitated by Alissa Vandeven, director of Human Resources, and will be another opportunity for faculty and staff to learn more about and ask questions related to self-insurance. Q&A sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, July 9 at 10 a.m. in the University Center Heritage Room, and Monday, July 15 at 1:30 p.m. in the University Center Heritage Room. A summer Portrait Day is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. July 15 on the third floor of Kent Library for faculty and staff members wishing to have a portrait-style photograph taken for departmental Web pages or other publications.
