Blunt Tours Southeast's Engineering and Technology Programs

U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt visited Southeast on Thursday, Aug. 29, touring the Otto and Della Seabaugh Polytechnic Building and learning about Southeast's engineering and technology programs. Blunt visited the networking, machining and Automated Manufacturing and Robotics labs. He also learned about applications for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) technology in a variety of career fields, including agriculture and criminal justice, and participated in a demonstration of Unmanned Aircraft Systems by Southeast students in the UAS program.
