'Take-Away Friday' Continues Sept. 20 with 'SCOT Program'

The Center for Scholarship in Teaching and Learning (CSTL) introduces the Students Collaborating On Teaching (SCOT) program on Sept. 20 at noon in the Jean Ann Whitaker Model Classroom in the EDvolution Center, Scully Room 209 as part of the "Take-Away Friday" series of faculty development presentations. Trained students observe an instructor's class and generate a confidential report based on what they observe. In this session, presented by Kris Baranovic, CSTL instructional designer, and Haleigh Navarro, CSTL graduate assistant, the SCOT Program is described, sample reports are shared, and testimonials from the pilot observations are provided.
