It is time once again for the annual evaluation process. Supervisors and staff will meet to review staff performance for 2020 in January 2021. The performance evaluation process is an opportunity for the employee and supervisor to discuss employee strengths and/or areas of improvement related to both position-specific responsibilities and general performance, as well as set goals for the coming year. Self-evaluations are the first step in the annual evaluation process, and must be submitted online by Dec. 15 at myworkflows.semo.edu.
