Ball, Ignacio Elected to Serve on Statewide Association

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., May 28, 2012 — Trent Ball, associate dean of students, and Michael Ignacio, TRIO intake specialist with Academic Support Centers, at Southeast Missouri State University, have been elected as the public institution representative and member-at-large respectively to the Missouri College Personnel Association (MoCPA) Board for the 2012-2013 term.

Ball and Ignacio were elected in May and will begin their service to MoCPA this summer.

MoCPA is an association for student affairs professionals across Missouri. The purpose of the association is to promote the learning and development of students enrolled in institutions of post-secondary education through the ongoing professional development of college student affairs administrators and student development educators, in accord with the purposes of the American College Personnel Association.
