Help Southeast students engage in experiential learning while they help you meet your fitness and nutrition goals with the “Build a Better You” program. Jumpstart, maintain or revamp your exercise and nutrition program with Recreation Services and students from the Department of Kinesiology, Nutrition and Recreation.
This 10-week program includes:
- Two-three student-led personal training sessions per week.
- Five nutrition counseling sessions with a nutrition graduate student.
- Pre- and post fitness and body composition assessments.
This is a great opportunity to get the guidance and accountability you may be looking for to enhance your fitness and wellness this semester.
