‘Build a Better You’ Program Accepting Participants for Spring


Need help getting or staying on track with your fitness plan this spring? Recreation Services and the Department of Kinesiology, Nutrition and Recreation have partnered to offer the “Build a Better You” program. This 10-week program includes:

  • Two student-led personal training sessions per week (10 spots open), plus one additional weekly session which could be remote, self-paced or face to face.
  • Two nutrition counseling sessions with a nutrition counseling student (14 spots open)
  • Pre/post fitness and body composition assessments
