Looking to get on a regular health and fitness program this semester? Recreation Services and the Department of Kinesiology, Nutrition and Recreation have partnered to offer the “Build A Better You” program. Join Southeast’s senior exercise leadership and dietetic students to get that health plan back in check.
This program is based upon a first come, first served basis, and includes:
- Three personal training sessions per week (16 spots open)
- Two in-person nutrition counseling sessions with dietetic students (21 spots open on March 24 with a follow-up on April 23)
- Pre-/Post-assessment and body composition measurements
Cost is $30 for a Student Recreation Center member and $45 for a non-member.
