Looking to revamp your health and fitness program this fall? Recreation Services and the Department of Kinesiology, Nutrition and Recreation have partnered to offer the “Build A Better You” program. Join Southeast’s senior exercise leadership and dietetic students to get that health plan back in check.
This 10-week program, which begins the week of Sept. 7, includes:
- Pre/post fitness assessment and body composition measurements
- Two student-led personal training sessions per week (8 spots open), plus one additional prescribed weekly workout from a student trainer
- Remote nutrition counseling sessions with a dietetic intern (12+ spots open)
Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis for clients who can train within student-trainers’ availability. Cost is $30 for a Student Recreation Center member and $45 for a non-member.
