‘Build a Better You’ Program Now Available at Rec Services

Looking to revamp your health and fitness program this fall? Recreation Services and the Department of Kinesiology, Nutrition and Recreation have partnered to offer the “Build A Better You” program. Join Southeast’s senior exercise leadership and dietetic students to get that health plan back in check.

This 10-week program, which begins the week of Sept. 7, includes:

  • Pre/post fitness assessment and body composition measurements
  • Two student-led personal training sessions per week (8 spots open), plus one additional prescribed weekly workout from a student trainer
  • Remote nutrition counseling sessions with a dietetic intern (12+ spots open)

Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis for clients who can train within student-trainers’ availability. Cost is $30 for a Student Recreation Center member and $45 for a non-member.
