Beginning Friday, March 27, Central Receiving hours will be limited to Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and mail and package deliveries to campus departments will be temporarily suspended. Departments that have obtained executive level approval to be on campus during this period and retrieve mail for their department should follow these steps to limit the interaction of University employees:
- Prior to coming to Central Receiving, call 651-2953 to verify your department has mail to be picked up.
- If you do have mail, Central Receiving staff will pull your department’s mail prior to your arrival and have it waiting on the counter for pick up.
- Any mail/packages not picked up during this period will be delivered after full university services return.
Central Receiving is located at the back of the Facilities Management Service Center, 610 Washington Ave.
