The Cashier’s Office, which is part of Student Financial Services, will be moving to reduced hours for the remainder of the summer and into the fall semester. Beginning Monday, July 12, the Cashier’s Office will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1-4 p.m. To make a payment outside of those hours, visit the front desk of Student Financial Services.
To drop off a check outside of these new hours of operation, use the drop box located on the far-left side of the Cashier’s Office. It is recommended checks are placed inside one of the Cashier’s Office envelopes with a name and ID number on the outside of the envelope. Do not place cash in an envelope or in the drop box. To make a cash payment, visit during the new office hours.
To submit departmental deposits outside of the new hours of operation, visit the Student Financial Services front desk. A member of the team will assist in processing the deposit.
Student Financial Services also prints checks for a number of offices on campus, and those will continue to be printed on Thursdays.
Student Financial Services will also provide assistance regarding any issues with the vending machines on the bottom floor of Academic Hall that require a refund.
