Southeast’s Student Center for the Public Trust (Student CPT of SEMO) was recently named a Golden Star Chapter for the 2017-2018 academic year. The Student CPT is a national network of college students, with 40 chapters, at universities and colleges in 20 states. Golden Star Chapter recognition is bestowed upon chapters that meet specified performance activities that focus on developing ethical leadership on campus and in the community. SEMO’s chapter is one of nine chapters so recognized as a Golden Star Chapter, the highest recognition awarded to campus chapters. The SEMO Student CPT is open to students campus-wide and provides members with opportunities to participate in ethical training sessions, conferences, community service and business competitions. Interested students are encouraged to contact one of the faculty advisors, Dr. Leisa Marshall (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Dr. Christine Ladwig (email@example.com).
