Chartwells Accepting Redbucks, Flex, Cash Donations for Red Cross Efforts in Houston

The catastrophic flooding in Texas from Hurricane Harvey has affected thousands of individuals, some of whom are part of the Chartwells family and others who are students at colleges and universities in and around Houston.

“We’ve seen the many members of our community step forward to help those in need and the team here at Southeast wants to provide a way for our Philanthropic flex program to help those impacted by Hurricane Harvey,” said Alicia Ticer, Chartwells director of marketing and student engagement at Southeast.

Beginning Friday, Sept. 8, the Chartwells team at Southeast Missouri State University will accept donations of varying amounts of Redbucks, Flex or Cash to be directed to the Red Cross to benefit the entire Houston Community, including its fellow Chartwells Associates and the University of Houston. Students, faculty and staff may donate towards this Hurricane Harvey Relief Donation Collection at every dining location except the Towers Café, through Sept 21.
