In anticipation, for the upcoming 2020 W-2 Wage and Tax Statement and the 1095-C Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage forms, Human Resources encourages employees to provide their electronic consent to receive both their W-2 and 1095-C forms online.

Employees who have given their consent in the past to receive their W-2 or 1095-C forms online do not need to do so again. Once consent is given, it carries forward each year and does not need to be repeated.

2020 W-2 forms are due to employees by Feb. 1, 2021, and 1095-C forms are due to employees by March 2, 2021.  Employees do not need a 1095-C form to file their 2020 taxes.

To provide consent to receive/view any W-2 or 1095-C electronically:

  • Log on to My Southeast
  • Select the Employee SS tab
  • Under Tax Forms, select the Electronic W-2 Consent option
  • Check the Consent to Receive W-2 Electronically box and/or
  • Check the Consent to Receive 1095-C Electronically box
  • Click on the Submit button

An employee who consents to receiving the Form W-2 or Form 1095-C online will not receive a paper copy.
